SOS Children Spending Quality Time at the Palace

SOS Children Spending Quality Time at the Palace

Nothing would ever beat the fun of spending mid-year vacation at the Palace! Part of Cairo Marriott Hotel & Omar Khayyam Casino’s Serve 360: Doing good in every direction initiatives, the hotel invited a group of SOS Children’s Village little angels over lunch at Empress Lounge.

Kids were welcomed by DJ tunes and lots of fun games and activities. At the face painting-station, everyone had the chance to pick their favorite figure and get it drawn on their faces. To make the day more memorable, everyone went home with a mosaic painting that they did at the Mosaic-station. The clown was there to shape balloons for every child with their favorite colors.

During lunch, the general manager Khaled Al Jamal and a number of Cairo Marriott team members mingled with kids.

Following lunch everyone joined in some additional group games and danced to DJ songs selected by the kids. It was time for showing talents, when a lot of children took the stage to sing their favorite songs. All the fun games and activities were organized by a group of professional entertainers who ensured the kids had a wonderful day.

The event was one of the hotels continuous initiatives to support SOS Children’s Village; an NGO working to protect and support children who have lost parental care, or who stand at risk of losing it.
