365 Ecology, an Egypt-based smart energy solutions company, hosted LG Electronics’ senior delegation to discuss cooperation and review their respective visions regarding energy efficient cooling and heating solutions in the Egyptian market.

The visit paid by LG Electronics, a south Korean multinational electronics company, signals 365 Ecology’s distinguished position and the eminent role it plays as a  key purveyor of the former’s technologies in the Egyptian market.

LG Electronics  was represented by Chief Executive officer  of Systems and Air-conditioning Solutions  Kan Lee, vice chairman of Energy Solutions in the Middle East Simon Lee,  vice chairman and Sales & Marketing Manager of Heating & Cooling and Ventilation Solutions Swang Woonem and LG Electronics Egypt’s CEO of Heating & Air-conditioning Hosam Mansour.

Simon Lee of LG Electronics said  the visit was a fruitful, lauding 365 Ecology’s success in  becoming  “ our best distributor in Egypt over the past three years for Multi V-based central air-conditioning solutions.” “ We see that  the visit has enabled
us to discuss the current position of the Egyptian market and its needs,” said he.
The Egyptian market’s growing importance is assigned to it being among world
markets that are most prepared to receive foreign investments in view of  carrying out major real estate and housing projects nationwide.

Ecology 365’s General Manager and member of Egyptian Businessmen Association Eng. Usama Bekheet hailed LG Electronics’ visit, as he praised the two parties’ readiness to bolster cooperation and strengthen ties binding the two companies.

“ Through relying on the advanced  Multi V technology which is recording  30 percent electricity savings, 365 Ecology’s cooperation with LG Electronics proved highly helpful in introducing  smart energy solutions and technologies,” said he. Hence, Multi V technology is highly recommended by experts for constructing facilities and buildings, he noted.

In the meeting, the two companies discussed  365 Ecology’s plans in distributing LG Electronics’ technologies and solutions in Egypt, as well as the efforts it exerts to become the latter’s domestic prime distributor.

365 Ecology aspires to augment its business volume to EGP300mln by late 2020 through focusing on the two axes of concluding more contracts with Egypt-based companies, such as property firms, banks and retail stores and opening up new foreign markets.

365 Ecology specializes in supplying and installing  highly efficient heating, cooling and ventilation systems in buildings and  residential, commercial and industrial units.

Real estate, commercial and industrial companies and  banks are scrambling to use energy-efficient cooling, air-conditioning and heating  technologies in order to cope with the Egyptian government’s scheme to increase electricity prices gradually up to scrapping all electricity subsidies by 2022.
