Tourism, aviation ministers meet Taba, Nuweiba investors

Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Khaled Anani, Civil Aviation Minister Mohamed Manar and South Sinai Governor Khaled Fouda held Saturday 11/07/2020 an expanded meeting with investors in the resort cities of Taba and Nuweiba.

The meeting tackled proposals to overcome obstacles facing tourism investors in the two Egyptian resort cities.

Anani stressed that the government spared no effort to promote the tourism sector, considering it a pillar of the national income.

For his part, Manar stressed that the Civil Aviation Ministry is ready to operate flights to Taba Airport provided that investors bear a portion of flight costs till the recovery of the tourism sector.

The investors praised the keenness of Anani on holding regular meetings with them to listen to their problems and work on overcoming them.
