Discovering Remains of the Biggest Snake in the World

Discovering Remains of the Biggest Snake in the World

A scientific magazine reported the discovery of the biggest snake remains in the world whose total length reaches 13 meters (42 feet) which is about the length of a bus.

The snake "Titanobu," was living in a rain forest north-east of Colombia before the time between 85 to 60 million years.
Researchers said that the snake's wide is approximately like the size of the top of man's buttocks, whereas its weight is more than one ton.

The longest snake known so far is about ten meters in length, while the biggest weighs 250 kg.

Professor David Polly at the University of Indiana in USA said,” It is likely that Titanobu lived the most part of its life in the water like the "Anaconda" adder".
