Christie's House in the Emirate city of Dubai is preparing to hold an auction for jewellery and watches next April.
The auction will display a rare collection of coloured precious stones, natural pearls as well as unique jewels designed by some of the world most famed jewellery houses such as "Cartier"," Van Cleef & Arbalz" and "Harry weniston".
In addition, it shall contain a number of world watch brands such as Patek Philippe, Rolex, and Franck Muller.
One of the most distinctive pieces to be included in the auction is a pair of circular cut diamond earrings weighing 56.12 and 65.11 carats estimated at 150 to 200 thousand dollars, and a classic necklace composed of five rows of natural pearls worth 180 and 220 thousand dollars, as well as a special diamond ring weighing 38.9 carats worth 35 to 50 thousand dollars.
Also in the auction, there will be large bronze statue entitled "on the edge of the River Nile "designed by the Egyptian sculptor Mahmoud Mukhtar (1891 - 1934), one of the few pioneer artists in the art of sculpture
