Egypt Hosts the Largest World Vocational Gathering at the end of 2009
 
Amr ElEzaby, chairman of the Egyptian Tourism Authority, said that Tourism Ministry is to announce in IT stock exchange next March in Berlin that Egypt will host the Union of the German Travel Agents (DRV) from 25 to 29 November. The conference, he added, would be attended by nearly 1000 participants.

ElEzaby further mentioned that there had been meetings among the Egyptian tourism office's official in Frankfort, chairman of the German Federation, as well as the executive director in charge of organizing the conference before their visit to Marsa Alam where the conference is to be held. Officials, then, would tour Luxor for the purpose of seeing Egypt's touristic capabilities on ground.

ElEzaby said: "There would be a fruitful cooperation between the private enterprise sector and Egypt Air Company that is expected to give special prices to the conference members in addition to the study of transporting the participants from Marsa Alam to Luxor".
He added that the technical staff of the authority would be in charge of designing the conference's logo that ought to symbolize Egypt's character.
Amr ElEzaby finally reiterated his appreciation of the vital role played by the Egyptian Federation of Touristic Chambers, Hotels 'Chamber and Companies' Chamber.
It is worthy mentioning that Germany occupied the second position among the top ten countries concerning the coming tourists to Egypt as it exceeded the million-tourist record.
