Brigadier, Essam Abd Elhady chairman of Misr Co. for Sound, Light and Cinema declared that sound and light shows have been developed in all languages in Karnak temple adding that in the next few days, Karnak will be inaugurated in a big ceremony attended by a large number of statesmen, politicians, and an elite of Egyptian, Arab as well as foreign media figures.

He assured that it has been the first time to comprehensively update such shows since the start of the first show in the early seventies referring that The company's ongoing project includes developing the huge image projectors, light appliance using internationally developed technology known as LED, as well as the light effects.

A simultaneous translation system, according to Abd Elhady, has also been included through the FM appliance that would enable tourists to enjoy the show presented in their own mother tongues whether English, French, German, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Spanish, Arabic and even Polish due to the growing number of Polish tourists visiting the sound and light shows' spots which have recently included Hurghada, Abedus, and Edfo.

Chairman of Misr Co. for Sound & Light mentioned that the company supervised many illumination projects including Arab Contractors Club, some hotels such as Winter palace in Luxor and Marriott in Cairo in addition to other projects that are in the pipeline such as illuminating the Investment Ministry's headquarter as well as the River Nile's east and west banks at Menya governorate.
