The Embassy of the Republic of Korea, in cooperation with the Korea Tourism Organization, will organize 'a Korean Tourism Night' on 29 November 2010 at Grand Hyatt Cairo Hotel.
Mr. Lee Charm, CEO of the Korea Tourism Organization will host this event which will be attended by numerous high-level tourism officials and tourism business leaders from South Korea and Egypt. They will discuss ways for promoting bilateral cooperation in tourism industry between the two countries which celebrate this year the 15th anniversary of their full-diplomatic ties.
South Korea and Egypt signed on 22 January 2010 a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on tourism cooperation. The memorandum seeks to encourage the cultivation of tourism professionals, expand mutual knowledge of culinary traditions and promote information on tourist attractions in both countries.
