EGYPTAIR Sign Contracts With Two Companies
 
During the distinguished participation of the national carrier, EGYPTAIR, in the activities of the Dubai Airshow 2021, out of its continuous pursuit of what is new in the field of aviation to provide better service to its customers in general and its partners in the industry at the global and regional levels in particular, Pilot Montasser Manna, Deputy Minister of Civil Aviation of Egypt, witnessed the activities of the opening day of EGYPTAIR Booth at the Dubai Airshow 2021, which included the signing of two new contracts. The first contract between EGYPTAIR GROUND SERVICES and ODEON Tours, one of the largest Russian companies in the field of travel and tourism organizing, and the second between EGYPTAIR TRAINING ACADEMY and Libyan Mazaya Consulting, Training and Aeronautical Company.

Eng. Mossad Moussa, Chairman & CEO of EGYPTAIR GROUND SERVICES signed the contract on behalf of EGYPTAIR along with Mr. Ozan Kaziciogl, representing the Russian company ODEON Tours. By virtue of this agreement, EGYPTAIR GROUND SERVICES shall provide the ground service for the flights organized by the Russian company to Sharm El-Sheikh and Hurghada airports, bringing the number of EGYPTAIR GROUND SERVICES customers at Egyptian airports to 144.

Meanwhile, Pilot Ihab El-Tahtawy, President of EGYPTAIR TRAINING ACADEMY EGYPTAIR TRAINING ACADEMY Mr. Naguib Mohamed, Chairman of Libyan Mazaya Consulting, Training and Aviation Sciences Company signed an agreement whereby EGYPTAIR TRAINING ACADEMY shall expand its presence in the Libyan market by providing training services to Libyan pilots on Airbus A320 and A330. Furthermore, it shall give multiple training courses to the Libyan cabin crews such as Safety and Emergency Procedures SEP, Aviation Security Courses AVSEC and Dangerous Goods DGR

In this regard, Pilot Amr Abu Elenein stressed the keenness of the Ministry’s subsidiaries to participate in the significant international event. He added that there is a vision that presence in such exhibitions specialized in the field of aviation increases opportunities for expansion in the Arab, African and international markets and gives EGYPTAIR subsidiaries the opportunity to display their capabilities in various areas of the air transport industry and "emphasizes on our leadership in this industry, which creates great investment opportunities for cooperation and coordination with the industry partners in all countries of the world, especially the neighboring countries and the Arab and African brothers."

It is worth noting that the first of its kind Airbus A220-300 flight simulator in the Middle East and Africa has been added to the capabilities of EGYPTAIR TRAINING ACADEMY, as well as the Airbus A320neo flight simulator, which would increase the efficiency of the ACADEMY in providing all its training services at the highest level of technology and quality based on the international accreditations granted to the ACADEMY.
