The Egyptian Archaeologist Zahi Hawass opened Tutankhamun museum in Curitiba city, Brazil. The inauguration ceremony was attended by the city’s mayor and the Egyptian commercial advisor Mohamed Khatib, in addition to many cultural and political figures.

For the first time, the Ministry of Antiquities in Egypt will exhibit the sarcophagus of Queen Tausert at the Luxor Museum The sarcophagus of Queen Tausert, the last of the 19th dynasties, was discovered about 20 years ago at the tomb of King Bay (KV13) on the west bank of Luxor, closed to the visit.
